Our journey started with a simple idea: serve the best handmade dumplings Perth has ever tasted, straight from our food truck. Every dumpling is hand-wrapped, pan-fried fresh on the spot, and served fast — even when the queue is long (and it usually is). From local markets to major festivals, our truck has become a must-visit for dumpling lovers across WA.
As word spread and demand grew, we brought our dumplings into more kitchens through wholesale supply. We still use our family’s passed-down recipes, staying true to the flavours we grew up with. We're proud to be Perth’s only dedicated dumpling food truck and wholesale producer — because we believe when you focus on just one thing, you can make it perfect.
